Terms, in plain language.

1. You must be 18 or older

Kawaii Club is an adult website. By entering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or older if your country requires it, and that viewing sexually suggestive material is legal where you live. If either is untrue, leave now.

We do not verify age with documents. We rely on your statement, and we close accounts immediately if we have reason to believe a member is underage.

2. What this site actually is

Kawaii Club is a fictional publication. Momo, Yuki and Hana are characters, not people. Every image on this site is generated with AI, and every character is an adult aged 21 or over. There is no real woman behind any of them, no webcam, and no live person to meet.

We disclose this on every page because presenting generated images as photographs of a real person would be deceptive, and we are not interested in that.

3. Content boundaries

The site is soft, suggestive adult content. There is nudity. There is no hardcore pornography, no depiction of minors, no non-consensual scenarios, and no real people. If that is what you are looking for, this is not the site for it.

4. Membership and payment

The free tier costs nothing and requires no payment details. The paid tier is €9.99 per month or €89 per year, and is billed through a third-party payment provider whose terms apply to the transaction.

Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown before you pay. We do not add fees at the end of checkout and we do not run countdown timers.

If the paid club is not yet open in your region, you can ask to be added to the waiting list at hello@kawaii-site.com. No payment is taken for a waiting list.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, in one step, without contacting support or explaining yourself. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews afterwards.

Because access is digital and delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content applies only until you start using the content. If something is broken and we cannot fix it, mail us and we will refund the period.

6. What you may not do

• Redistribute, resell, or upload member content anywhere else.
• Scrape the site, or use it to train a model without written permission.
• Share your access with others, or use it to harass anyone.
• Present the characters as real people, or use them to impersonate anyone.

Breaking these rules ends the membership, without refund, and we may block the account.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site online at all times and we monitor it. We do not promise a specific uptime figure, and we are not liable for interruptions outside our control. If an outage lasts more than a day, we extend paid memberships by the lost time without you having to ask.

8. Liability

The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, or consequences of using the site somewhere that adult content is unlawful. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new date, and paid members are told by email before the change takes effect.
